Island Peak is a great advanced beginner level climbing peak. Island peak climbers are expected to know basic knowledge about handling ropes as well as about other climbing equipments before starting the actual summit. During climbing, our experienced guide, registered with the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA), give you a company with a view to assist you fully who are mostly locals & obviously very much familiar with the routes of trek & the mountain peaks they make summit.

Island peak offers you not only enchanting views of Mt, Everest (8848m.) Lhotse (8516m) Amadablam (6856m.) and numerous others mountain peaks draws your attention towards Buddhist monasteries and traditional Sherpa villages. Such an enormous glance of the Himalayan peaks can create in you a pleasant wave of internal felicity.

Island Peak Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival you will be received by our trekking and climbing manager and escorted to your hotel in Kathmandu. Our climbing section manager will give you pre-tour briefing. Rest of time is leisure.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding. Over night at hotel.
Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazzar. Over night at hotel.
Day 04: Rest day for acclimatization (we can make short hiking around namche. Over night at hotel.
Day 05: Trek to Tengboche. Over night at hotel.

Day 07: Rest day for acclimatization. Climb rehearsal near hill. Over night at hotel.
Day 08: Periche to Lobuche. Over night at hotel
Day 09: Lobuche to Workshop. Over night at hotel.
Day 10: Trekking to Kalapattar in the morning and descend to Lobuche. Over night at hotel.
Day 11: Trek to Chukung (check and prepare climbing equipment)
Day 12: Pareshya Gyab 4,890m or high camp (5560m). Over night in tents.           
Day 13: Climb Island peak and back to Pareshya Gyab. Over night at in tents.
Day 14:  Trek down to Tengboche Monastery. Over night at hotel.
Day 15: Tengboche to Namche. Over night at hotel.
Day 16: Namche to Phakding
Day 17: Phakding to Lukla. Over night at hotel.
Day 18: In the morning after breakfast, fly back to Kathmandu.
Day 19: Full day sightseeing in Bhaktapur city with our tour guide. Then back to kathmandu
Day 20:  transfer to the Airport for your onward destination.
